The world’s thinnest fully featured 14” new laptop - Dell XPS 14z


         Nov. 1 debut on the world markets a new ultrathin laptop called the Dell XPS 14Z L412z. In thin computer case will be limited to: Sandy Bridge processor and a dedicated GeForce graphics card.
        






         A new laptop has a 2.28 cm thick and weighs approximately 1.98 kg. It is equipped with LED-pink screen size of 13.3 inches and a resolution of 1366x768. In its interior there are, among others: Intel Sandy Bridge series, up to 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, dedicated graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT 520M with 1GB VRAM and a HDD 750 GB (7200 RPM) or SSD, which will house 256 GB.

    

      Notebook supports Nvidia Optimus (automatic switching between dedicated and integrated graphics) and Intel Wireless Display (wireless transmission of video and audio).

 

        Other specifications are L412z 14Z Dell 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI and DisplayPort, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 memory card reader 7 in 1, and 8-cell battery, which will allow for 6 hours of continuous operation. The manufacturer has not forgotten about the webcam with a resolution of 1.3 megapixels. It is also worth mentioning that, despite its small size, the new laptop found a place in the optical drive as a DVD recorder.

 

      For a new laptop you must pay at least $ 999 (in the poorest version).
